We replaced our backyard patio. It was a combo of concrete and flagstone done by the previous owner and we wanted a solid concrete slab to replace it all. Rod Johnson was our initial contact and he was great! We found him to be the most upfront, honest, and informative of all the companies we had come do an estimate. He's the only one who advised us of saving our flagstone for future projects or to sell ourselves. The other company's guys were just planning to haul it off. He was also very diligent in providing proof of the company insurance, and was educating us (first time home owners!) on the importance of asking for this when getting projects done. The price was also way better than the others. Derek came and double checked property before guys started work and everyone was so easy to work with! Work was completed in 2 days and now we have a beautiful concrete patio and are excited about adding to it and making it an extra living space! We highly recommend My New Patio and Fence!

This is my backyard. Unbelievable!! This pool shade sail was installed by Derek of My New Patio and Fence. I found Derek to be honest, transparent and efficient. He and his workmen handled my property with ultimate care like it is their own. And guess what, his prices are reasonable too. My pool is sooo much cooler now as well as my patio. I recommend Derek for all your Patio and backyard work.

I had Derek and his crew help me with installing a new Patio cover (gable) which was 22x22 in size! His vision and attention to details are amazing. His crew led by Juan was very professional, respectful and communicated well with me and my wife without showing any frustration. They finished the job in under a week as agreed and even came back to make enhancements (I had a privacy wall built) in record time. Derek is awesome.I would recommend My New Patio any day!! I wish I went with them an year ago when I initially spoke with them but wrongly decided to go with another contractor who ran away with my money!!! That’s a story for another day.

Rod and Derek from My New Patio have been an incredible team. We needed a pergola with concrete stamping done in our backyard. Right from the beginning, they were very professional and very communicative. Their crews were fantastic too, punctual, hassle-free and conscientious of cleanup.
